Chanel will never die ...

Chanel has succeeded to stay at the top of this industry. The importance of Chanel power can also be seen through the logo, which was created in 1925 by Coco Chanel herself. This logo consists of two letters C which fully denoted its initials. This logo hasn’t changed since the creation. This is proof of the same strategy of the Chanel company.

The very relevant cause why Coco Chanel has developed a lot it was the values of the firm. Coco built her brand around three words: chosen, wanted and be. In other words, Chanel wanted to liberate women through elegant clothing. Until now, her company has a feminist nature.

 

The colors of the brand have never changed in almost 100 years. Black, white, beige, gold and red are still the colors of the brand.

It’s not enough to have a beautiful product! An additional value can be added with the creation of the packaging, a buzz on the social media, that’s makes the difference with the others brands. Karl Lagerfeld, for these different fashion show, created a fake casino, a fake subway station, installed a lion measuring more than ten meters! And then the press from all around the world came to the Chanel fashion show.

Really quick in history, Chanel understood the power of the stars and how they can be used to promote the brand. In 1955 Marylin Monroe said: “Usually I sleep naked just with a few drops of Chanel number 5”. Until today the stars helps the brand to promote the products. Catherine Deneuve, Ines de la Fressange, Brad Pitt or Kristen Stewart are its administrators.

 

Chanel means continuity and you will probably see these same products in a Chanel store in fifty years!
